Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within our standard processing timeframe. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it will be scheduled for collection by courier Aramex.
Parcel Collection

Parcel collections take place Monday to Friday at 15:00 (SAST) unless otherwise specified.

Orders placed after the daily collection cut-off time may be collected on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Deliveries (South Africa)
We use Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Services for all domestic shipments.
Main Centres

Delivery typically takes 24 to 72 hours from the date of collection.

Deliveries are made by 17:00, Monday to Friday (business days only).
Outlying Areas

Delivery may take up to 72 hours or longer, depending on the destination and courier network accessibility.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays, or operational delays experienced by the courier.
Shipping Requirements
To qualify for shipment through the Aramex Store-to-Door service:

Parcels must fit within the approved Aramex plastic courier sleeve.

Orders exceeding the size limitations may require alternative shipping arrangements and additional shipping charges may apply.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been collected by the courier, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment status using the provided tracking details.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
